Business Development Manager

The primary goal of this position is to drive the growth and development of BRUNA's retail and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, managing and leading retail and marketplace teams, and building strong relationships with key clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market trends. The successful candidate will be able to analyze data, make informed decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in retail and marketplace channels.
- Team Management: Manage and lead retail and marketplace teams, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Experience: Several years of proven experience in retail and marketplace management and development.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful management and negotiations with clients.
- Sales Principles: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
