Join Our Team as a Senior iOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our team at Journi GmbH. As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you will be responsible for building new features for our iOS apps, maintaining and improving the code base, and ensuring the quality of your work through automated testing.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain high-quality iOS apps using Swift and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create innovative and user-friendly app experiences.
  • Write automated tests to ensure the quality and maintainability of your code.
  • Maintain our CI/CD pipeline and monitoring stack to ensure smooth app deployment and monitoring.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to improve our processes and code quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing consumer-facing native iOS apps.
  • 3+ years of experience with Swift.
  • Professional experience writing tests and ensuring the quality and maintainability of your code.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Constantly learning, asking for feedback, and self-motivated.
  • Proactive and take ownership of your work.
  • Able to relocate to or based in Vienna, Austria.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SwiftUI, UI tests, Swift Structured Concurrency, data streams, and reactive programming paradigms.
  • Experience working with images, CoreML, Vision, and ML models.
  • Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines, common designs, and navigation patterns.
  • Degree in Computer Science.
