About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
