We are at the cutting edge of automating telephonic interactions in German and its dialects, utilizing our proprietary AI algorithms for Speech-to-Text, Natural Language Processing, conversation automation, and Text-to-Speech, enabling us to manage thousands of calls concurrently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop software solutions to enhance the reliability of production systems, addressing issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our microservices.
- Implement infrastructure as code (GitOps) and create components for complete infrastructure automation.
- Design, automate, and oversee the software build and delivery pipeline, utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Helm, Terraform, and Gradle.
- Establish, optimize, and manage our GPU-based Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters for distributed AI training and inference, including NGINX, Docker Registry, and Asterisk VOIP/SIP.
- Assist ONDEWO AI teams in engineering their microservices for Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
- Contribute to the future direction of our products through innovative ideas, prototypes, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and tools in DevOps, enhancing your expertise in infrastructure automation, release engineering, and continuous integration & delivery.
- Solid technical foundation in IT with over 2 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Proficient in enterprise-level deployments utilizing Linux, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitOps, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gradle, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about automation across various programming languages (Shell, Go, Python, Ruby, Ansible, etc.).
- A collaborative team player with effective communication skills in international settings.
