Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travelling Beauty Advisor to join our team at La Prairie. As a Travelling Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving retail budget targets in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales results and retail budget targets.
- Support and develop sales of products in all existing collections by motivating and supporting Perfumery Beauty Advisor teams on the shop floor.
- Translate brand strategy and provide 360-degree support and assets to the group of stores allocated to your area.
- Represent the La Prairie brand, its values, and vision, and monitor target achievement and maintain close dialogue with the Retail Manager.
- Provide competent and professional advice to customers on site, understanding their needs through active listening, and explaining and demonstrating products and application methods using the La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals.
- Pamper customers with unique and luxurious short treatments and generosity programs, and communicate the history of the La Prairie brand, innovation expertise, and brand values through storytelling.
- Build a loyal customer base and actively maintain valuable customer relationships, carrying out customer loyalty activities and collecting and maintaining customer data.
- Ensure the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure the successful implementation of the La Prairie trade plan in your area.
- Organize and host events and activities in partnership with retailers, and report out-of-stock or continuous low stock as well as overstock to the respective manager and encourage orders to support LP sell-in.
- Proactively develop brand and product knowledge within retailers by organizing training sessions on the shop floor, and be in charge of beauty consultant and retailer brand motivation.
- Provide visit reports after each store visit to the Retail Manager, submit monthly plannings to Retail Manager, and ensure a good prioritizing of coverage needs and support per door.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales trend per door, and create content to support retailers.
Requirements:
- Profound experience in the luxury cosmetic environment.
- Language skills: German proficient and English – any other language is a plus.
- Initiative, self-driven, curious, and ready to constantly learn and improve.
- Winning attitude and personality with excellent manners that represent La Prairie.
- High willingness to travel nationally.
- Self-confident and convincing appearance, strong negotiator.
- Target and KPI driven.
- Basic knowledge of technology and its use of digital CRM.
- Driving license.
Location:
Western part of Austria (candidate must be based either in Linz or Salzburg).
Compensation:
Salary based on Collective agreement. Overcompensation possible depending on qualification & experience.
