- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst in oder vergleichbarer Rollen mit Anknüpfung zum IT-Bereich
- Zertifizierungen (z.B. CBAP, IDBA, PMI-PBA) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von bzw. Mitarbeit bei IT- oder Businessprojekten
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein ganzheitliches Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge und Prozesse
