About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the organization and execution of gaming and esports events, aligning with our long-term strategy to strengthen Red Bull's presence in the gaming sector. As a key member of our team, you will negotiate contracts and agreements, collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand standards, and work closely with international colleagues to track local events and upcoming projects and competitions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies to enhance Red Bull's gaming presence
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers, teams, and partners
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with global brand standards
  • Lead coordination efforts for all gaming events across your region
  • Develop new event concepts and proposals for 2026 and beyond
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming/esports industry
  • Experience collaborating with event organizers in the gaming sector
  • Exceptional English skills (spoken and written) with a willingness to improve on demand
  • A track record of executing successful events
  • A strong network in the gaming/e-sports industry
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience with various PC, console, and mobile games
  • A real understanding of the overall gaming industry and competitive games (League of Legends, Valorant, Fighting Games, CS, Dota 2, Age of Empires II)
