Your Responsibilities- Lead efforts to enhance credit card processes, particularly in card issuance, for diverse segments including individual and corporate clients, aiming to improve efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all credit card-related inquiries within an agile framework, fostering close collaboration among product management, operations, and IT teams.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to discern emerging business trends and requirements, define process improvements, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and strategies.
- Design, coordinate, and execute end-to-end strategic and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of existing credit card processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement and crafting streamlined workflows.
- Operate within an agile framework, reviewing outcomes from agile delivery teams, assisting in troubleshooting and incident resolution, and supporting solution development as the primary business contact for the IT delivery team.
- Continuously assess and measure the effectiveness of processes and changes, leveraging data-driven insights for ongoing enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant trends into process optimization strategies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Credit Cards sector or alternatively in Digital Lending or Payments.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or project manager within an agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking sector.
- Proven ability in solution-oriented thinking with experience in process optimization focusing on digitalization and automation.
- A collaborative mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication proficiency in both English and German.
