Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative - Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to work with our Dynatrace platform, which is widely used by organizations around the world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market share. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the software industry and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
