Join BRP-Rotax, a leading powersports company, as a Senior IT Auditor. We're seeking a driven and resourceful professional to support the execution of IT General Controls (ITGC). As a key member of the BRP internal controls team, you'll build and maintain/enhance internal control documentation, including process flow diagrams, process narratives, and design and operating effectiveness of testing results. Your responsibilities will include preparing clear, concise, and appropriately referenced work papers to document test procedures performed and conclusions drawn. You'll also monitor remediation of control deficiencies identified and provide recommendations for operational improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans and recommendations, with follow-up and support for resolutions. As a business partner, you'll support process and control owners to implement best practices and improve control efficiency. Develop value-add, interactive reports that clearly communicate outcomes of design and effectiveness testing and drive remediation efforts by process and control owners. Respond to external auditors for IT General control-related matters. Work closely with the BRP Internal Controls team to ensure all SOX controls are performed in a timely manner. Your experience and skills will be essential in this role. You'll need a minimum of 5 years of IT General Control experience, with experience in audits (SOX audit experience is a plus). CISA accreditation is a plus, as is COBIT experience. ISO certificate is a plus, and understanding the concept of SAP is highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with German being a nice to have but not mandatory. You'll have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak candidly to business regarding issues identified during the ITGC testing process. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also essential. We offer an exciting position with many and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment. We'll be happy to discuss the details personally as part of our application process.
