About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Controlling Team in Leoben, Austria. As a business partner to cross-functional, global teams, you will identify opportunities and support strategic planning for dedicated business areas. You will coordinate and prepare financial plans, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly estimates, while monitoring and analyzing key performance data.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner of cross-functional, global teams and actively identify opportunity calculations.
  • Support strategic planning of dedicated business areas/departments in the preparation of the financial mid-term plan.
  • Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly estimates for dedicated business areas/departments.
  • Proactively monitor, analyze key data related to performance measurement for dedicated business areas/departments and conduct cross-functional reviews.
  • Develop, coordinate, and prepare dedicated business area cost plans, cost allocations, and reports including variance analysis, cost control reporting, and improvement plans.
Your Profile:
  • BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with MBA or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Controller or Financial Analyst.
  • Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Profound Excel and SAP skills (FI/CO, BW, BPC).
  • Fluent in English both written and oral.
