Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Developer für unsere Immobilienabteilung in Wien.

Aufgaben
  • Aktive Suche nach bebaubaren Grundstücken für neue Projekte
  • Detailierte Analyse von interessanten Investitionsmöglichkeiten
  • Prüfung potentieller Kaufobjekte
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Grundstückseigentümern sowie Preisverhandlungen
  • Steuerung und Aufbau der Vermietungsaktivitäten für das bestehende Immobilienportfolio und die Neuentwicklung in Österreich
  • Akquisition neuer Mieter (Kaltakquise, E-Mail-Kontaktaufnahme und Follow-Up, Meetings, Präsentation des Geschäftskonzepts)
  • Vermietung der bestehenden und zu erichtenden Immobilienprojekte
  • Führen von Mietvertragsverhandlungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Kontaktnetzes mit Immobilienmarklern, Beratern, regionalen Entwicklungsbehörden und Geldgebern, lokalen Regierungsvertretern und Mieterkunden
  • Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
Anforderungen
  • Bachelor- oder Ingenieur-Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft/Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Rechtswissenschaften/Bauwesen bevorzugt
  • 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position (im Immobilienbereich erwünscht)
  • Gutes Verständnis und Wissen über den Immobilienmarkt in Österreich und im Bereich Immobilienentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und CRM erwünscht
  • Ausgezeichnetes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Respektvolles, diszipliniertes Verhalten sowie zielgerechte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Reisebereitschaft

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt ab € 80.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
