Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €20,950 per year, based on a minimum monthly salary of €2,095 gross per month, according to the collective agreement for this position.

Job Description

Data-Driven Optimization

  • You will screen the markets based on key program indicators to identify areas for enhancement.
  • You will contribute to the quality of reporting and the highest level of data analysis to ensure efficiencies.
  • Your tasks include coordinating documentation on SharePoint, ensuring content is continuously updated, and revamping the Best Practices section.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • You'll have the chance to enrich the global initiatives being launched to uplevel and upskill the Student & Field Marketing team globally.
  • You'll bring potential new solutions and insights that could provide business value in multiple areas.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with multiple HQ areas to ensure full alignment.

Coordination & Support

  • You'll support markets in various ongoing and new projects.
  • You'll communicate effectively with different stakeholders and program team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/IT and Computer Technologies) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, German is considered a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Documents).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, process-driven, structured, and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly committed, flexible, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and a team player attitude.
