DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into Java development projects.
• Manage and maintain build automation tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Administer RDBMS systems including MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as OpenStack and Azure.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Java and Groovy development.
• Proficiency with Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Nexus/Artifactory.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and RDBMS systems.
• Experience with at least one of the following: bash, PowerShell, and GitLab CI.
• (Ideally) Familiarity with public cloud providers such as Azure and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• (Ideally) Knowledge of Helm, ArgoCD, and messaging systems like Artemis (MQ).
• (Ideally) Experience with EKS, ECS, and a strong understanding of DevOps best practices.
