Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain of our historic aircraft fleet.

  • You will process material inflows and outflows, manage material inventory, and conduct physical inventories to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record documentation of import customs clearance, create export documents, and prepare shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Engage transportation companies to arrange timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Provide materials and tools for the maintenance area to support aircraft servicing.
  • Purchase aircraft materials or repair services for aircraft components, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in aviation supply chain management
  • IATA DGR certificate/training
  • Forklift license
  • Good knowledge of MRO software/AMOS
  • Advanced English skills
  • Valid driver's license class B or III
  • Physical resilience (lifting and carrying)
  • Precise and conscientious work
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
