Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at a luxury lifestyle hotel in the Salzburg region. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting an exceptional breakfast experience that aligns with our hotel's unique concept.

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with a focus on freshness, seasonality, and diverse dietary needs.
• Ensure timely and efficient service during breakfast hours, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate breakfast menus that align with our hotel's concept.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage breakfast inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.
• Train and support kitchen staff and apprentices in breakfast preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel.
• Passion for breakfast service and creativity in menu development.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Fluent in German (B1 level) and basic English (A2 level). or Good English B2 level if no knowledge of German
• Valid EU work permit (preferred).
