Join our team as a Mechanical Site Supervisor in the field of international plant construction (hydroelectric power station construction).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and control work to ensure it's done according to technical specifications, time schedule, and required quality.
  • Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Develop work schedules and implement works to meet deadlines and key milestones.
  • Support Site Managers with planning works to ensure tasks don't conflict with other works.
  • Conduct regular worksite inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure relevant standards are adhered to.
  • Advise and supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors.
  • Advise customers on installation matters.
  • Manage deliveries or goods and materials required for the works.
  • Prepare site reports.
  • Attend site management meetings.
Requirements
  • Completed technical education (Apprenticeship as metal worker or graduate of a higher technical college)
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • High flexibility
  • Very willing to travel all over the world as well cultural understanding
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, communication skills, and reliability.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 and basic application skills in MS Project
  • Basic knowledge of contract and claim management.
  • Driving license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Min. 3 years of professional site supervision experience in the field of international plant construction sites (preferably in the hydroelectric power station construction).
  • Additional training/education of: Basic knowledge of welding Basic knowledge of hydraulic components

In Austria, we're legally obliged to announce a gross monthly salary of €7,07 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
