Biomathematics Expert - Data Analysis and Modeling PositionThe iiT invites applications for a researcher in biomathematics. We seek researchers to develop tools to investigate and model the interaction of cancer cells, in particular leukemia and lymphoma cells, with the tumor-immune microenvironment.
Job Description:
The researcher will work on developing tools to investigate and model the interaction of cancer cells with the tumor-immune microenvironment. This will involve analyzing large data sets from clinical data and wet-lab experiments, as well as integrating knowledge and expertise in a scientific team to understand cancer immunology and develop a patentable tool for clinical applications.
Requirements:
- University degree in mathematics or equivalent
- Strong background in mathematical modeling of complex multiparametric data sets
- Ability to extract data from publicly accessible repositories and literature
What We Offer:
- Gross annual salary: 84,000 € (40h/week)
