We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Sales team to define and prioritize prospecting strategies. You will also identify and target strategic accounts that match our market, create and launch multi-channel prospecting campaigns, and qualify leads to prepare them for Account Executives.

Your Journey with Us

In this role, you will embark on a 12-month journey of growth and development. During your first three months, you will focus on learning everything about our offering, including our products, processes, teams, and customers. You will complete your onboarding, including various sales training, and handle leads independently within your first month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to define and prioritize prospecting strategies.
  • Identify and target strategic accounts that match our market.
  • Create and launch multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, social media, video, events).
  • Qualify leads and prepare the ground for Account Executives by gathering relevant information.
  • Understand prospects' challenges to establish trust and set up product demo meetings.
  • Track and analyze your performance, and proactively suggest improvements for prospecting processes (tools, methods, scripts).
