Job Summary
PALFINGER is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Expert Operations Industrial Engineering to join our global Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Process Owner and Senior Process Manager in defining strategic objectives and developing process improvements.
- Develop and maintain global standards for process documentation and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Act as an ambassador for process excellence and drive the adoption of best practices throughout the company.
- Manage the global operations process expert community and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Identify gaps in current processes and develop solutions to address them.
- Create and maintain process documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the Senior Process Manager in prioritizing change requests and ensuring timely implementation.
- Assess go-live readiness for new systems, processes, and people.
- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of operations processes in SAP (ECC, S/4) and experience in an operative function within an area related to the process expertise.
- Knowledge of interfaces between IE and production logistics and engineering change process.
- Experience in managing international projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Flexible and strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written German or English.
