Digital Design and Verification Support Intern

Are you a motivated master student from the field of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Technical Mathematics, or Information Technology looking for a challenging student job? In this role, you will be part of our growing team in Villach and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the field of Acoustic and Ultrasound Sensor Systems. Your tasks will include:

  • Tackling the field of Acoustic and Ultrasound Sensor Systems, exploring new opportunities and challenges in the conception and design of digital sensors
  • Targeting system demonstrators based on MEMS products, gaining experience in digital hardware design and FPGA-based prototyping
  • Participating and contributing to IC design and simulation as well as MEMS development activities at the edge of current technology

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital circuit design, verification, and FPGA-based prototyping, familiarity with hardware description languages (Verilog or SystemVerilog), motivation to gain experience and knowledge in the convergence point of different technical areas, and fluency in English, German is a plus.

This internship can also be a Master's thesis, please note that the thesis should be written in cooperation with a university.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students.
