About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Particle and Automation Instructor who will be responsible for designing and delivering service training courses and application-focused curriculums for customers. This role involves monitoring student performance, collecting feedback, and improving curriculum all trainings. As an expert in your field, you will provide exceptional customer service and utilize our Learning Management System tools to administer and track training and certification.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Biological or Physical Sciences, Engineering, or Education and be fluent in English and German. Experience with Beckman Coulter Particle or Automation instrumentation is essential. It would be beneficial to have advanced degree qualifications, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and experience with Beckman Coulter Acoustic Automation instrumentation.

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%) and ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
