Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Expanding our presence through strategic partnerships and investments.
  2. Improving customer satisfaction by leveraging digital tools and AI to drive service excellence.
  3. Driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

We're looking for a highly skilled service leader with:

  1. Deep industry expertise, particularly in the Pump industry.
  2. A proven track record of success, with experience driving teams and projects across borders.
  3. Strategic and operational skills, capable of developing and executing effective plans.

Your Professional Environment:

You'll be based in Graz, within the ANDRITZ corporate and Pumps Divisional Headquarters. With our flexible Work-Life Balance Policy and regular business travel, you can expect to spend around 50% of your working days in Graz.

Reporting Line:

You will report directly to the Global Head of the Division, contributing significantly to shaping our service strategy.
