**Global Retail Strategy Development Manager**

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Wholesale team in Vienna. The successful candidate will be responsible for building close working relationships with our global network of Lomography retailers and distributors, developing and implementing effective wholesale strategies, and driving business growth through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global wholesale strategies to drive business growth and increase sales volumes.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Research and pitch new business opportunities, including bespoke activation projects for key partners.
  4. Manage and execute marketing plans, representing Lomography at trade shows and creating events calendars across our store network.
  5. Ensure product displays are eye-catching and situated in prominent positions within partner stores, following our brand guidelines.
  6. Create status reports for customers and provide feedback to team members around the world.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to deliver marketing projects and events.

Requirements:

  • Interest in analogue photography and a passion for Lomography.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in business or sales & marketing, with a strong understanding of international business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to travel when necessary and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote; database experience is a plus.
