At DataGuard, we are seeking an experienced InfoSec professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant Information Security. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with customers, developing new solutions, and contributing to the growth of our innovative InfoSec SaaS product.

About the Job

As a Senior Information Security Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire customer lifecycle, from initial consultations to ongoing support. Your expertise will help shape our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback to our product team. Responsibilities
  • You will advise customers on information security in their company and create information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch, which you will continue to support once they have been successfully set up.
  • You will lead our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as TISAX and ISO 27001.
  • You will support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers.
  • You will continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team.
Requirements
  • You must have sound professional experience in IT and information security.
  • You must have practical experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2 or TISAX.
  • You must have already worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support or similar).
  • You must have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English.
  • You must have a process and customer-oriented mindset.
  • You must know the latest developments in IT and information security and be interested in data protection.
