Cybersecurity Application Specialist

About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Application Specialist to strengthen our Power Utility Communication team in Klaus (Austria), Berlin (Germany), or remote (home office).
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in your technical expertise and practical knowledge in making critical infrastructure cybersecure.
- Support our sales team and customers as a consultative adviser, from collecting customer technical requirements to providing the optimal solution.
- Perform tailored demonstrations of our security solutions in control centers, power plants, and substations.
- You will be responsible for setting up and rolling out our security solutions in customer environments.
- Prepare and conduct technical demonstrations at exhibitions, conferences, and customer presentations.
- Support customers on-site, answer inquiries, and provide trainings.
About the Ideal Candidate
- You have a degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or relevant work experience.
- You have a sound knowledge of computer networking and, ideally, also power grid (OT) communication protocols.
- You are experienced in cybersecurity and interested in deepening your knowledge on cybersecurity in the power grid.
- You have an innovative attitude and always seek new ways to do things better.
- You are dedicated, well-organized, enjoy customer communication, and possess good presentation skills.
- Your English is fluent, German is a plus, as well as any other European language.
- You enjoy traveling within Europe and occasionally internationally (up to 40% travel share).
