We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamic Automation Specialist to join our team at KNAPP. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving the development of innovative automation solutions that shape the future of technology.
Job Description:
- You will work collaboratively with our team to design, implement, and test cutting-edge automation systems, leveraging your expertise in PLC programming and Siemens components.
- As a Dynamic Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating complex PLC programs, conducting thorough component testing, and providing expert support to our specialist departments.
- Your tasks will also include preparing for projects at our Hart/Graz site, implementing solutions with our KNAPP retrofit specialists on-site at customer premises, and supporting all relevant departments with your knowledge and creativity.
- Analysis, testing, and logging of developed measures are crucial aspects of your responsibilities, as is passing on acquired knowledge and training customer technicians on-site.
Requirements:
- You have completed technical training and possess strong PLC control knowledge, ideally from Siemens (Step7, TIA, etc.).
- You speak excellent English and preferably German.
- You are open-minded, willing to travel internationally (approximately 60%), and a team player with a proven track record of reliability and hard work.
- You enjoy optimizing processes and implementing creative, courageous solutions.

- The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,875 gross per month, although we offer a market-adjusted salary based on your qualifications and experience.
- In addition, you will receive a monthly expense allowance of up to EUR 1,000 net and bonuses of up to EUR 1,000 gross, dependent on travel amounts.
