Your role as a SAP HXM Support Specialist at Flexso

In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, addressing all inquiries related to the SAP HXM suite. Working in close partnership with your colleagues, you will assist clients in enhancing their HR applications and extensions, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP Concur. By utilizing your knowledge and staying informed about the latest updates and functionalities, you will improve business operations and deliver comprehensive support to our clients. You will evaluate business needs, gauge the implications of new developments, and offer customized guidance to help shape the future SAP environment.

Each day presents unique challenges as you engage with varied clients, each possessing distinct SAP HXM environments and HR workflows. As a subject matter expert, you will thoroughly investigate their systems to provide operational assistance (2nd and 3rd line) and participate in enhancement initiatives (significant change requests).

You will join a unified and collaborative team where seasoned functional and technical professionals exchange knowledge, empowering one another. Depending on your interests, you can focus on either the functional or technical dimensions while sharing insights with your peers. Continuous development is essential for every team member.

  • Exhibit a proactive approach. Previous experience as a consultant or familiarity with the SAP HXM suite is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in Dutch or French, along with excellent command of English.
