Join SAP's Cloud Team as a Cloud Architect Advisor

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Cloud Architect Advisor to join our team. As a Cloud Architect Advisor, you will work closely with customers to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical and communication skills. You will work with customers to understand their cloud requirements and provide guidance on the best cloud solutions to meet their needs. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that cloud solutions are aligned with SAP's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions for customers
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on cloud solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with SAP's overall strategy
  • Conduct technical assessments and workshops with customers to define cloud architecture and migration roadmaps
  • Guide customers on non-functional capabilities such as business continuity, cybersecurity, and compliance
  • Work with other teams to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • High proficiency in SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions
  • Good understanding of SAP solutions, releases, and platform interdependencies
  • Good understanding of operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment
  • Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscale provider (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP)
  • Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of cloud architects
  • Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice
  • Fluency in English; any other language is an asset (German preferred)
