We're seeking a visionary and innovative Chief AI Innovation Officer (future CAIO) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is an opportunity for you to shape our technology vision, strategy, and team.

Responsibilities
  1. Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones' cutting-edge AI technologies
  2. Develop and implement our systems and product lineup, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence
  3. Oversee and manage the development and deployment of ML / LLM models, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure
  4. Foster collaboration and innovation within our technical team, driving them to excel in their roles
  5. Bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, guaranteeing our AI solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  6. Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to the growth and success of Aiones
Requirements
  1. The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
  2. Effective communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless interaction with cross-functional teams
  3. Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction techniques
  4. Well-rounded experience with various types of databases, including Graph, Vector, and Relational databases
  5. Expertise in ML Ops, model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles
  6. A deep interest in applied machine learning use-cases, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  7. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  8. Previous startup experience is highly valued
