Digital Workplace Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Systems Engineer to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the automated installation and configuration of our endpoints for colleagues around the globe via Intune and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities- Endpoint Management: Manage the automated installation and configuration of our endpoints for colleagues around the globe via Intune and SCCM.
- VDI Environment Management: Manage VDI environments based on VMware Horizon (on-premises) and Azure Virtual Desktop (Cloud) to stream business applications and desktops to our colleagues around the globe.
- Infrastructure Security and Compliance: Implement controls and automation to ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of our digital workplace.
- User Experience Monitoring: Monitor the digital user experience and take proactive actions to improve it.
- Cloud Deployment Coordination: Contribute your ideas and take responsibility for the implementation of cloud deployments in coordination with the IT cloud architect.
- Passion for IT and Innovation: Passion for IT, innovation, and innovative technologies should be part of your DNA.
- Intune or SCCM Experience: At least two years of experience with Intune or SCCM.
- Operating System Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Windows client operating systems, knowledge of Apple Mac OS X or Ubuntu is a plus.
- Continuous Learning: Motivation to improve own skills and drive change to stay innovative and provide our colleagues the greatest user experience possible.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
