As a Retail Product Owner, you will assume responsibility for a specific product segment (either private customers or corporate clients) within the Card Issuing team, with the goal of fostering sustained business growth through the enhancement of customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:- Overseeing product management for a designated segment (private individuals or legal entities)
- Driving ongoing product enhancements based on metrics and user feedback to ensure sustainable growth
- Serving as the primary representative and point of contact for your product within the Card Issuing team, the RBI AT credit card tribe (agile structure), and expert groups within Raiffeisen Sektor AT
- Formulating and executing a comprehensive strategic plan while maintaining the Card Issuing product roadmap
- Identifying and leveraging emerging business trends and opportunities aligned with the RBI Retail strategy
- Enhancing user experience and expanding customer self-service options by utilizing capabilities within the RBI group
- Regularly monitoring and assessing product and business performance to ensure sustainable development and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the credit card sector as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Proven track record of successful project and product deliveries; substantial experience in agile environments
- Strong product management skills, particularly in agile settings
- In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry and card-based financial solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of the credit card issuing value chain and associated processes
- Familiarity with relevant card and banking regulations, compliance policies, and laws
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role
