Process Improvement Specialist for Supply Chain Resilience

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist for Supply Chain Resilience to join our team at Red Bull. As a key user of SAP IBP, you will play a crucial role in developing data-driven processes that drive supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and document business requirements, aligning with stakeholders for end-to-end integration.
- Define and schedule work packages, set project timelines, track progress, and ensure reporting and escalation.
- Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to develop new system solution designs.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status and have an overview of required and available resources.
- Test implemented solutions, document effort and progress, and introduce/hand over new processes to the data quality team.
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in SAP IBP.
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations management.
- Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Project management experience, system affinity, and holistic view.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and self-dependently.
We offer an attractive compensation package, significantly above the minimum salary of EUR 2,247.00 gross per month, based on market-oriented salaries. Our diverse and inclusive team values diversity and supports employees in developing their potential and strengths.
