Job DescriptionMission

The successful candidate will lead and empower a team of 25+ marketing professionals across various channels, developing and executing a strategic, data-driven marketing roadmap that ensures growth, brand positioning, and customer retention align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, including CRM, user acquisition, paid social, online advertising, SEO, SEM, influencer partnerships, and leveraging product and service marketing.
  • Strengthen and evolve the Journi brand, ensuring a compelling and cohesive identity across key markets.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the company's long-term vision.
