The Tax Advisory Manager position at Greentube GmbH requires a highly experienced professional to lead our tax advisory team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on tax matters, including transfer pricing and double tax treaties. You will also collaborate with external tax consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax matters, including transfer pricing and double tax treaties
  • Collaborate with external tax experts and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for the Greentube Group
  • Manage transfer pricing requirements and maintain accurate documentation
  • Oversee transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate tax, VAT, and other tax-related topics
  • Represent the company's interests during audits and negotiations with tax authorities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance; Master's in Taxation or LLM preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a leadership role
  • Tax advisor certification and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel (MS Office required) and familiarity with IT concepts
  • Ability to work independently and think critically
