Key Responsibilities

In the role of Tech Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping the evolution of our web-based learning platform. You will lead a talented development team and have a significant impact on the technical direction of our offerings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Innovative Development: Enhance and broaden the functionalities of our platform with a focus on user experience, automation, and AI integration.
  • Implementation: Take charge of the technical execution of the product roadmap.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Inspire and coordinate your team in the design and execution of new features, driving technical progress with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in agile software product development, preferably within a similar technical landscape.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript, along with strong experience in relational databases (MySQL) and familiarity with AI technologies and big data methodologies.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in SaaS, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (Git, GitLab).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset with the ability to implement innovative solutions effectively.
