Located in Vienna, our team of around 100 employees is part of the REWE Group’s business unit. The CRM and Loyalty department plays a vital role in BILLA International’s strategic marketing efforts as a competence centre and primary point of contact for customer loyalty and CRM initiatives across Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Lithuania.
We are seeking an experienced CRM & Loyalty Strategist to join our team and contribute to the successful development of our countries’ customer loyalty and digital transformation strategies.
Ambitious Opportunities
- You will be responsible for driving the further development of loyalty programs in our BILLA CEE-countries, ensuring alignment with our overarching consumer strategy.
- As the overall owner of loyalty programs, you will play a key role in delivering results through continuous optimization, further development, and strategic growth opportunities in the BILLA CEE-countries.
- Key responsibilities include defining a strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers in loyalty programs.
- Uphold data governance standards by ensuring consistent and compliant data capture across different touch points and channels, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- You will be responsible for implementing measures through regular performance assessments, targeted ad-hoc analyses, result interpretation, and derivation of clear recommendations for action that directly impact performance improvements.
- Translate touchpoint strategies into suitable KPIs, define relevant target values, and represent them in dashboards.
Dream Team Qualifications
- A degree in business administration, media management, or a comparable field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of loyalty/CRM/marketing, including project management and handling customer data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Experience with common tools and/or platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud is essential.
- Fluent language skills in English and German, with a basic willingness to travel (approximately 2-3 days/month).
- An analytical way of thinking, structured and responsible working style, strong customer orientation, affinity for numbers, and analytical skills are required.
- A high degree of passion for loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation completes your profile.
