About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team in the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team through outbound strategies.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies in collaboration with the Sales team to define and prioritize lead generation efforts.
  • Identify and target strategic accounts that match our market requirements.
  • Create and launch multi-channel prospecting campaigns across email, phone, social media, video, and events.
  • Qualify leads and prepare the ground for Account Executives by gathering relevant information.
  • Establish trust with prospects by understanding their challenges and setting up product demo meetings.
  • Analyze performance and suggest improvements for prospecting processes, tools, methods, and scripts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A recent graduate in a relevant field or previous experience in Sales Development is required.
  • You must have a self-motivated and winning attitude combined with strong performance discipline.
  • You should be interested in working in a team environment, aligning with Account Executives to maximize performance output.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial eagerness are essential.
  • Confidence to take a consultative approach when qualifying prospects is necessary.
  • A strong interest in sales and technology is required.
  • Empathy and persuasiveness, along with emotional intelligence and business savviness, are also essential.
  • Fluency in German and good understanding of English are necessary.
