About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our team at Greiner. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise architecture and ensuring alignment with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models to support strategic goals.
  • Implement governance structures to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Develop and manage the IT service catalog.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT services, from conception to retirement.
  • Ensure a flexible and scalable IT architecture that meets future business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize the service portfolio to align with business strategy.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote communication and usage of the service catalog within business units.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture and IT service management.
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement architecture models aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to governance and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
