Strategic FP&A Process Governance Expert

At Red Bull, we are seeking a Senior FP&A Data & Process Governance Expert to join our Global Data Team. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring process excellence and high data quality throughout the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will coordinate an effective and efficient financial planning process for the organization, drive planning process-related improvements, and govern technical change. Additionally, they will design, support, and co-develop planning process optimization initiatives.

  • Process Management, Analysis & Improvement:
    • Coordinate financial planning process for the organization
    • Drive planning process-related improvements
    • Govern technical change
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Provide assurance of financial planning relevant data consistency, integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness within Finance Systems
    • Focus on application and constant improvement of financial planning validations
    • Deploy and rollout new planning developments and enhancements
  • Consulting, Training & Support:
    • In-house consulting and development project contribution concerning financial planning, analysis, and process optimization solutions
    • Execute and design international key user training within the framework of our Finance Academies
    • Take care of business service management for global planning solutions
Requirements

The successful candidate will have 3 years of working experience in a FP&A position, knowledge of business process analysis, and a proven track record in business process improvement initiatives. Solid controlling/accounting background and a good understanding of processes in Finance are essential. Experience in working with global planning solutions, such as SAP BW Integrated Planning or Oracle Hyperion Planning, is beneficial.

Key skills include attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders. The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, as well as global stakeholders, is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks and impacts, and define alternatives and prioritizations. A strong command of English is essential, and working knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
