- Governance over global Lighting Laboratories ensuring alignment in processes, quality assurance, and equipment standards across multiple international sites.
- Lead the Components Lab in Dornbirn, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in processes and technologies.
- Represent the Zumtobel Lighting Brands in international electrotechnical committees, actively participating in standardization efforts to shape the future of lighting technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes focusing on certifications, precise measurements, and compliance with applicable industry standards.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A strong technical background in electrical or electromechanical engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory operations.
- Proven expertise in standardization work and regulatory processes including norms, certifications, and quality assurance.
- A commitment to continuous improvement in laboratory environments, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience working in committees or industry groups, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to represent and advocate for the company's interests.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €64,734 per annum, based on professional qualifications and experience.
