We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our EMEA FP&A Team as an FP&A Analyst. This is a permanent position that will support our EMEA organization in developing and presenting financial analytics to the core organization and our EMEA Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities- Process and support with EMEA Intercompany recharges
- Execute monthly recharges and validate them ensuring correctness
- Produce regular monthly forecasts of intercompany recharges for each country within the EMEA group
- Support the analysis of actual results, and variance analysis against the forecasted projections
- Support our FP&A Senior Manager in the collection of key information from each of the countries
- Collate and review EMEA Capex Actuals and check the correctness of data received from countries
- Regular monthly forecast of CAPEX in each country
- Support the analysis of actual results, and variance analysis vs Forecast
- Draft analysis slides for the senior managers to present to the EMEA Leadership Team
- Ideal degree educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial controlling/reporting within an international organization
- Strong ability to analyze and work in a team, change and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills, and customer orientation
- Previous exposure to using SAP or similar ERP systems for financial analysis
- Good knowledge of planning tools (Oracle EPM) would be an advantage however this is by no means essential
- Proficient in core MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent English is essential to the role. Other languages would be an additional benefit but are not essential to the role
