People Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Austria.

• Conducting analyses of staff needs and requirements, including creating job postings and selecting suitable recruiting channels;
• Independently conducting job interviews and providing consulting services for managers when selecting candidates;
• Negotiating employment contracts and creating contract documents;
• Serving as the primary contact person for employees and managers regarding labor law issues, including contract notifications and special agreements;
• Participating in operational HR projects and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in Austria;
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law, which is an advantage;
• Excellent command of German and English, as well as strong communication skills, confident behavior, and diplomatic talent;
• High level of loyalty, good interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented work style.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
