E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at IKEA Austria GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and optimize our online channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product range strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales steering and conversion rates
- Analyze sales and market data to inform product management decisions
- Contribute to the development of omnichannel customer experiences and improve the shopping journey
- Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or a related field
- Experience working in a retailer environment and digital range presentation techniques
- Broad knowledge of direction setting, goal creation, and KPI follow-up
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with ability to balance sales steering and commercial priorities
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
