Drive Innovation in Power Technology Platforms

We are seeking an ambitious Project Director to lead the development and maintenance of our Power Technology Platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating global development projects, managing project teams, and ensuring the timely execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global and cross-functional project teams to develop and maintain Power Technology Platforms
  • Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and production sites
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with project management methodologies and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, business owners, and production sites to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 6 years of experience in managing technical projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as IPMA-C
  • Fluent English skills, with good German skills a plus
