IT Infrastructure Manager

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Division of Information Technology, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the IAEA's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and Design: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support the IAEA's business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure services.
- Service Management: Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure services within agreed service levels.
- Project Management: Plan, monitor, and control IT projects using PRINCE2 methodology and/or Agile related methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve IT infrastructure-related problems, delegate to team members as appropriate, and manage major incidents to a satisfactory closure.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
- Internationally recognized certification in IT Project Management (e.g., PMP or Prince2).
- Minimum seven years of professional experience in a large and complex IT enterprise environment.
- Excellent oral and written command of English.
