Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the implementation and onboarding of supply chain risk management solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding customers from setup to full adoption of the solution.
  • Collaborating with customer stakeholders to assess and prepare data, systems, and processes for smooth integration.
  • Training customer teams on using the platform and monitoring solution performance, usage, and compliance with regulations.
  • Continuously improving the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the customer success team post-implementation.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, onboarding, or project management, or with SaaS & digital solutions, ideally in supply chain or risk management areas.
  • Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness, and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across various industries and sectors.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
  • Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment.
  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
  • Valid work permit for Austria.
