About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Jira System Administrator to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our large-scale agile framework and driving the adoption of Jira Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that leverage Jira and Confluence.
- Design and implement Jira and Confluence configurations to meet the needs of our R&D organization.
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
- Take end-to-end ownership of implementation changes, ensuring successful go-live and ongoing optimization and development.
- Provide daily support to the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors to resolve support requests and license adjustments.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our Jira and Confluence instances.
- Proactively drive changes to our Jira and Confluence usage to maintain a reasonable level of maintenance and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and/or software support/administration.
- Technical studies related to Computer Science or similar experience.
- Experience in Jira and Confluence administration or support.
- Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across various locations and countries.
- Good English skills.

Compensation and Rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
