Richstem Ecom GmbH is a leading e-commerce powerhouse dedicated to delivering high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We are seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization designer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.

This role requires proficiency in Figma and Framer, with a portfolio showcasing your design work and successful projects. A strong analytical mind and experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools are essential. Additionally, we need someone who can analyze user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and brainstorm new features that drive growth.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing team to design high-converting landing pages and sales funnels. You will also develop and implement effective advertorial pages that drive traffic from Facebook ads to conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create high-converting landing pages and sales funnels in Figma
  • Build and prototype pages using Framer, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing and sales platforms
  • Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement
  • Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
  • Utilize and refine existing design systems, building upon them to optimize our website and drive growth

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company, with a proven track record in enhancing monetization. Proficiency in using UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions is a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively are also required.
