Identify and evaluate significant properties that meet future user demands across the DACH and CEE regions.
Collaborate with real estate experts to enhance property management strategies.
Facilitate negotiations for Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements.
Manage the entire leasing process from initiation to finalization.
Perform comprehensive analysis and assessment of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.
Required Qualifications:
Completed commercial education or a relevant academic qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of international experience in asset management.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
A cooperative team player with excellent communication abilities.
Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
